Put the following in a crockpot:
- 3 large or 4 small chicken breasts (mine were frozen)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- 1 can of diced tomatoes with juices
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dried basil other spices as you wish
